Is Facebook Blocking Google+ Updates? (Video)

A new video (see below) seems to indicate that Facebook blocks users from posting Google+ invitation links in their news feeds. 

When the user shares a Google+ invite link on Facebook, the status does not appear in the most recent news feed, according to the video. 

Using two separate Facebook accounts, we were unable to replicate this result.

Is Facebook really blocking Google+ updates? Is the video fake? Who stands to gain from making Facebook look like they are blocking Google+ updates?
